As you can see from the video clips Kutchan is a rather small and quiet town. This will change during the winter season though.

Met wat voor auto rij je daar eigenlijk rond? En heb je iets speciaals moeten doen om in Japan te mogen rijden (of kan je gewoon je Belgisch/internationaal rijbewijs gebruiken ofzo)?
